CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (CRIMINAL JUSTICE INTERVENTIONS) ACT 2002 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation, except as provided by subsection (2).

(2) Schedule 1 [3] commences on:

(a) the day on which Schedule 1 [2] commences, or

(b) the day on which Schedule 1 [140] to the Criminal Procedure Amendment (Justices and Local Courts) Act 2001 commences,

whichever is the later.
