NATIONAL CRIME AUTHORITY (STATE PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 25

25 Contempt of Authority

A person shall not:

(a) obstruct or hinder the Authority or a member in the performance of the special functions of the Authority, or

(b) disrupt a hearing before the Authority.

Penalty: 20 penalty units or imprisonment for one year.
