NATIONAL CRIME AUTHORITY (STATE PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 32

Report to be laid before Parliament

32 Report to be laid before Parliament

(1) The Minister shall cause a copy of:
(a) each annual report of the Authority that is received by the Minister, and
(b) any comments made on the report by the Inter-Governmental Committee, being comments that accompanied the report,
to be laid before each House of the Parliament of the State within 15 sitting days of that House after the report is received by the Minister.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), sitting days shall be counted whether or not they occur during the same session.
