CRIMES (SENTENCING PROCEDURE) REGULATION 2000 - REG 25

25 Community service orders

(1) A community service order must be reduced to writing using the approved form.

(2) A copy of the order must be given to the offender, and a further copy must be sent to the Commissioner of Corrective Services.
