His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Justices Act 1902.
Attorney General

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Justices (Short Descriptions of Impounding Offences) Regulation 1994 as a consequence of it having been superseded by the Impounding (General) Regulation 1998.
This Regulation is made under the Justices Act 1902, including section 154 (the general regulation-making power) and section 145B.
This Regulation is made in connection with the staged repeal of subordinate legislation under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
