New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) This clause applies to any information, complaint, summons, warrant, notice, order or other document (whether issued, given or made before or after the repeal of the Justices (Short Descriptions of Impounding Offences) Regulation 1994 ) that relates to an offence alleged to have been committed before that repeal.
(2) The repeal of the Justices (Short Descriptions of Impounding Offences) Regulation 1994 does not affect the validity of any information, complaint, summons, warrant, notice, order or other document in which an expression prescribed by that Regulation is used.
