His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Justices Act 1902.
Attorney General

Explanatory note

This Regulation repeals the Justices (Short Descriptions of Fisheries Offences) Regulation 1995 as a consequence of its having been superseded by regulations under the Fisheries Management Act 1994.
This Regulation is made under the Justices Act 1902, including section 145B and 154 (the general regulation-making power).
This Regulation is made in connection with the staged repeal of statutory rules under Part 3 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
