AUSTRALIAN CRIME COMMISSION (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 2005 - SECT 33

    (1)     This Act does not purport to confer a duty on a Commonwealth body or person to perform a function if the imposition of the duty would be beyond the legislative power of the Legislative Assembly.

    (2)     This section does not limit the operation of section 35 of this Act or section 59 of the Interpretation Act 1978 .
