AUSTRALIAN CRIME COMMISSION (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 2005 - SECT 40

The Territory Minister may make an arrangement with the Commonwealth Minister for the Board to be given by the Territory, or an authority of the Territory, information or intelligence relating to relevant criminal activities.
