AUSTRALIAN CRIME COMMISSION (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 2005 - SECT 58

If a thing seized pursuant to a warrant under section 12 of the NCA (Territory Provisions) Act is in the ACC's possession, section 29(10) to (13) (inclusive) applies to that thing as if it had been seized pursuant to a warrant under section 29.
