CRIMES AT SEA ACT 2000 - SECT 7

    (1)     The Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing matters that are:

        (a)     required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

        (b)     necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not authorise the making of regulations for the purposes of the cooperative scheme.
