Disturbing religious worship
207 Disturbing religious worship
(1) Any person who wilfully and without lawful justification or excuse, the
proof of which lies on the person, disquiets or disturbs any meeting of
persons lawfully assembled for religious worship, or assaults any person
lawfully officiating at any such meeting, or any of the persons there
assembled, is guilty of an offence, and is liable to imprisonment for 2
months, or to a fine of $10.
(2) If the offender commits the offence with the
circumstance of aggravation stated in section 52B , the offender is liable to
imprisonment for 6 months.
