Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSection 597C as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 applies to the arraignment of an accused person in a proceeding for an offence, whether the proceeding was started before, on or after the commencement of this section.
