CRIMINAL CODE 1899 - SECT 98F

Providing money for illegal payments

98F Providing money for illegal payments

A person who knowingly provides money for—

(a) a payment that is contrary to law relating to elections or referendums; or
(b) replacing any money that has been spent in making a payment that is contrary to law relating to elections or referendums;
is guilty of a crime.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—2 years imprisonment.
