CRIMINAL PROCEEDS CONFISCATION ACT 2002 - SECT 170
What is a buy-back order
A
"buy-back order" is an order that states—
(a) the nature, extent and value,
when the order is made, of the interest; and
(b) that the person may buy back
the interest by paying to the State the amount stated as the value of the
interest.
