Making of special forfeiture order
202 Making of special forfeiture order
(1) If the Supreme Court is satisfied the prescribed respondent has derived,
is deriving or will derive benefits under the relevant contract, the court may
make a special forfeiture order.
(2) The order must— (a) state, as the
amount to be paid to the State, the amount assessed under part 2 as the value
of the benefit derived under the relevant contract; and
(b) direct any person
who, under the relevant contract, is required to pay amounts to the prescribed
respondent or another person, at the request or by the direction of the
prescribed respondent, to pay the amounts to the State.
