CRIMINAL PROCEEDS CONFISCATION ACT 2002 - SECT 268
Definitions for ch 12
In this chapter—
"new forfeiture order" means a forfeiture order made under chapter 3.
"new order" means each of the following orders—
(a) a new forfeiture order;
(b) a new pecuniary penalty order;
(c) a new restraining order;
(d) a
new special forfeiture order.
"new pecuniary penalty order" means a pecuniary penalty order made under
chapter 3.
"new restraining order" means a restraining order made under chapter 3.
"new special forfeiture order" means a special forfeiture order made under
chapter 3.
"old Act" means the repealed Crimes (Confiscation) Act 1989 .
"old forfeiture order" means a forfeiture order made under the old Act and in
force immediately before the commencement of this part.
"old order" means any of the following orders— (a) an old forfeiture order;
(b) an old pecuniary penalty order;
(c) an old restraining order;
(d) an
old special forfeiture order.
"old pecuniary penalty order" means a pecuniary penalty order made under the
old Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this part.
"old restraining order" means a restraining order made under the old Act and
in force immediately before the commencement of this part.
"old special forfeiture order" means a special forfeiture order made under the
old Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act.
