CRIMINAL PROCEEDS CONFISCATION ACT 2002 - SECT 81

81 Application of div 2

(1) This division applies to—

(a) property in Queensland or elsewhere; and

(b) proceeds of an illegal activity, whether acquired in Queensland or elsewhere.

(2) Also, this division applies for assessing the value of the proceeds derived from an illegal activity of a person (
"relevant person" ).
