CRIMINAL PRACTICE RULES 1999 - REG 105
Judge’s decision
105 Judge’s decision
(1) The registrar must give to the applicant written notice of the judge’s
decision on an application made to the judge under this division.
(2) If the
application is refused and the applicant does not apply to the court for a
rehearing under rule 106 , the judge’s decision is taken to be the final
decision on the application.
(3) In this rule—
"applicant" means a person who makes an application mentioned in rule 104 .
