CRIMINAL PRACTICE RULES 1999 - REG 117
Registrar to notify appellant of application result
117 Registrar to notify appellant of application result
(1) This rule applies if an appellant is in custody and was not present at the
hearing of an application about the appellant’s appeal or subsequent appeal
before the court or a judge.
(2) The registrar must give to the appellant
written notice of the decision of the court or judge on the application.
