CRIMINAL PRACTICE RULES 1999 - REG 118

118 Trial judge’s certificate

If a trial judge certifies under the Code , section 668D (1) (b) that a case is fit for appeal, the trial judge must give the certificate to the convicted person to whom the case relates.
