CRIMINAL PRACTICE RULES 1999 - REG 58

58 Stays of execution

(1) This rule applies to an order made, on the conviction of a person before a court, about the following—

(a) property;

(b) the payment of an amount;

(c) a disqualification.

(2) The court may stay execution of the order until a time the court considers appropriate.
