CRIMINAL PRACTICE RULES 1999 - REG 67
Registrar to give respondent copies of particular documents
(1) The registrar must give the respondent to an appeal copies of any of the
following documents filed with the registrar for the appeal— (a) the notice
of appeal;
(b) the notice of application for leave to appeal;
(c) a notice
of application for extension of time for filing a notice mentioned in
paragraph (a) or (b) ;
(d) any affidavit filed under rule 65(3)(b) or
66(3)(b).
(2) The registrar must give the respondent to a subsequent appeal
copies of the following documents filed with the registrar for the
subsequent appeal— (a) the notice of application for leave to make a
subsequent appeal;
(b) the affidavit accompanying the notice under
rule 66A(2)(c).
