Crown law officer may be heard on application for immediate execution of original order etc.
79 Crown law officer may be heard on application for immediate execution of
original order etc.
(1) A Crown law officer may be heard on an appellant’s application for an
order mentioned in rule 78 (4) (a) to (c) before the order is made.
(2) The
registrar must give the Crown law officer at least 1 clear day’s notice of
the hearing of the application.
