Definitions for part

91 Definitions for part

In this part—

"appeal" includes—

(a) an application for leave to appeal; and
(b) an application about an appeal; and
(c) an appeal under the District Court of Queensland Act 1967 , section 118; and
(d) a reference by the Attorney-General.

"party" means a party to an appeal or subsequent appeal.

"subsequent appeal" includes—
(a) an application for leave to make a subsequent appeal; and
(b) an application about a subsequent appeal.
