Service of orders and notices
96 Service of orders and notices
(1) The following orders must be served personally, unless the court directs
otherwise— (a) an order to produce a document, exhibit or other thing in an
appeal or subsequent appeal;
(b) an order requiring a witness to attend
before the court or an examiner. Editor’s note— See part 7

(2)
The registrar may ask the Commissioner of the Police Service to ensure that an
order or notice to be given to a person by the registrar under this division
is served on the person personally by a police officer.
