Form 1 - Indictment in the Supreme Court

In the Supreme Court of Queensland at [state the place].
The King against AB (and CD).

RNM informs the court that on the ____________ day of ____________ at ____________ [state the place where the offence was committed to show that the case is within the jurisdiction of the court] AB (and CD) [state the statement of offence].
