CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 12

12—Corresponding laws

The Governor may, by proclamation—

            (a)         declare a law of the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory to be a corresponding law for the purposes of this Act; or

            (b)         vary or revoke a declaration previously made under this section.
