137—Examination to take place in private
(1) An examination is
to take place in private.
(2) The DPP may give
directions about who may be present during an examination.
(3) The following
people are entitled to be present at the examination:
(a) the
DPP;
(b) the
person being examined, and the legal practitioner representing the person;
(c) any
other person who is entitled to be present because of a direction under
subsection (2).
