(1) The magistrate who
made a production order may—
(a) on
the application of the person required to produce a document to an
authorised officer under the production order; and
(b) if
satisfied that the document is essential to the person's business activities,
vary the order so that it instead requires the person to make the document
available for inspection.
(2) If the magistrate
who made the production order is unavailable, then any other magistrate may
vary the order.
