CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 161

161—Immunity from liability

No liability attaches to—

            (a)         a financial institution; or

            (b)         an officer, employee or agent of the institution,

in relation to any action taken by the institution or person under a notice under section 160 or in the mistaken belief that action was required under the notice.
