CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 164

164—Failing to comply with a notice

A person who—

            (a)         is given a notice under section 160; and

            (b)         fails to comply with the notice,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500 or imprisonment for 6 months.
