CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 22

22—Failure to comply with freezing order

A financial institution that has been given notice of a freezing order must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the order.

Maximum penalty: $20 000.
