CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 41
41—Contravening ancillary orders relating to foreign property
A person who knowingly or recklessly contravenes an order made under
section 40(1)(g) is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $20 000 or imprisonment for 4 years.
