conviction
A forfeiture order made under section 47(1)(b) or (c) or (3)(b) or (c)
against a person in relation to a serious offence is not affected if—
(a)
having been charged with the offence, the person is acquitted; or
(b) the
person is convicted of the offence and the conviction is subsequently quashed.
