132—Consent of owner
(1) A reference to the
consent of the owner of property extends to—
(a) the
implied consent of the owner (or owners); or
(b) the
actual or implied consent of a person who has actual or implied authority to
consent on behalf of the owner (or owners).
(2) A person is taken
to have the implied consent of another if the person honestly believes, from
the words or conduct of the other, that he or she has the other's consent.
(3) However, a person
who knows that another's consent was obtained by dishonest deception is taken
to act without consent.
