(1) Any person who is
a participant in a criminal organisation and enters, or attempts to enter, a
prescribed place commits an offence.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 3 years.
(2) Any person who is
a participant in a criminal organisation and attends, or attempts to attend, a
prescribed event commits an offence.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 3 years.
