CRIMINAL LAW (FORENSIC PROCEDURES) ACT 2007 - SECT 32

32—Obstruction

A person must not intentionally obstruct or resist the carrying out of a forensic procedure to which this Division applies.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
