CRIMINAL LAW (FORENSIC PROCEDURES) ACT 2007 - SECT 34
34—Hair samples
A sample of hair taken from a person in the course of a forensic procedure
must not be used for the purpose of obtaining a DNA profile of that person
unless the person has specifically requested that the DNA profile be obtained
in this way.
