A person must not intentionally or recklessly publish by newspaper, radio,
television or in any other way, a report of proceedings under this Act
containing the name of a person suspected of a serious offence, or other
information tending to identify the person, unless—
(a) the
person consents to the publication; or
(b) the
person has been charged with the suspected offence or a related
serious offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000 or imprisonment for 1 year.
