CRIMINAL LAW (LEGAL REPRESENTATION) ACT 2001 - SECT 21

21—Transitional provision

This Act applies to a person committed for the trial of an offence on or after the commencement of this Act whether the offence is alleged to have been committed before or after the commencement of this Act.
