South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts21K—Reports relating to weapons prohibition orders
The following information must be included in the annual report of the
Commissioner under section 75 of the Police Act 1998 (other than in
the year in which this section comes into operation):
(a) the
number of weapons prohibition orders issued under section 21H;
(b) the
number of weapons prohibition orders revoked under section 21H;
(c) the
number of appeals under section 21J and the outcome of each appeal that
has been completed or finally determined;
(d) any
other information requested by the Minister.
