(1) A
consorting prohibition notice—
(a)
subject to subsection (2), must specify the grounds on which the notice
has been issued; and
(b) must
contain a statement advising the recipient of the effect of
section 66A(2)(a) and (b); and
(c) must
contain a statement advising the recipient that he or she is entitled to apply
for a review of the notice in accordance with this Part.
(2) A statement of the
grounds on which a notice has been issued must not contain information that is
classified by the Commissioner as criminal intelligence.
