69—Power to board vessels
A police officer may, at any time of the day or night—
(a)
enter into or upon a vessel which is in any harbor, port, dock, river or creek
and into or upon every part of the vessel; and
(b)
search and inspect the vessel; and
(c)
inspect and observe the conduct of all persons who are employed on board the
vessel in or about the loading or unloading of the vessel; and
(d) take
all such measures as are necessary for providing against fire and other
accidents; and
(e) take
all such measures as are necessary for preserving peace and good order and
preventing or detecting the commission of offences on board the vessel.
