South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The administrative
unit of the Public Service responsible, under the Attorney-General, for the
administration of this Act must, on or before 30 September in each year,
present a report to the Attorney-General on the operation and administration
of this Act during the previous financial year.
(2) A report required
under this section may be incorporated in the annual report of the relevant
administrative unit.
(3) The
Attorney-General must, within 12 sittings days after receipt of a report under
this section, cause copies of the report to be laid before each House of
Parliament.
