102—Value of benefits may be as at time of assessment
(1) In quantifying the
value of a benefit for the purposes of this Subdivision, a court may treat as

at the time the court makes its assessment of the value of benefits.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), the court may have regard to any decline in the
purchasing power of money between the time when the benefit was derived and
the time the court makes its assessment.
