CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 (NO 19 OF 2005) - SECT 146

146—Unauthorised presence at an examination

A person who—

            (a)         is present at an examination; and

            (b)         is not entitled to be present,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500.
