26—Audiovisual record of intrusive procedures to be made
(1) An audiovisual
recording of an intrusive forensic procedure must be made—
(a) if
the procedure is a suspects procedure; or
(b) if
the procedure is a volunteers and victims procedure and the person on whom the
procedure is to be carried out requests the making of an audiovisual record.
(2) Arrangements must
be made, at the request of the person on whom the intrusive forensic procedure
was carried out, for the playing of the audiovisual recording of the procedure
at a reasonable time and place to be nominated by the Commissioner of Police.
(3) A copy of an
audiovisual recording made under this section must, on payment of the fee
fixed by regulation, be made available to the person on whom the
forensic procedure was carried out.
