Section 56(1)—delete subsection (1) and substitute:
(1) The Minister may
issue a permit authorising, subject to such conditions as may be specified in
the permit, the person named in the permit to manufacture, cultivate, sell,
supply, administer or have in his or her possession a poison, controlled drug,
controlled plant, therapeutic substance or therapeutic device for the purposes
of analysis, research, instruction or training.
