SUMMARY OFFENCES (DANGEROUS ARTICLES AND PROHIBITED WEAPONS) VARIATION REGULATIONS 2006 (NO 19 OF 2006) - REG 2

2—Commencement

        (1)         Subject to subregulation (2), these regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

        (2)         Regulation 4 will come into operation 4 months after the day on which it is made (see Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 section 10AA).
